Why a flat fee per shop instead of per-seat?
Per-seat penalises you for actually using the thing. We'd rather have your whole shop on it than charge you $20/foreman.
Can I self-host?
Yes — the whole stack is open-core, Docker + docker-compose ships in the repo. Pro tier includes a private VPC option if you want managed self-host.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We export everything to a CSV bundle on request and delete from our systems within 30 days. Your data is your data.
Does it work without Bluebeam?
Yes. The Bluebeam bridge degrades gracefully — every bb_millwork_* tool reads/writes local session files and leaves clear 'connect Bluebeam for live markup' placeholders.
